Copy & Image Requests
The State Historical Society of Iowa provides copy and reproduction services for physical materials in the collections when physical condition and copyright permits. A special use fee is charged for high-resolution, digital reproductions of photographs and other materials in the collection.
Copy Requests
Photocopies of most materials may be requested by visiting a Research Center or submitting a Reference Request.

After 75 copies, a $20.00 service fee will be charged for each additional increment of 75 copies with a maximum of 300 copies per request.

Image Requests
Digital image reproductions of photographs and other documents in the collection may be requested by submitting a reproduction request form. Digital image files are delivered in a .jpg file format at 600dpi resolution. Please review the image reproduction guidelines prior to submitting a request.
